Lalguan Mahadeva Templa ,Khajuraho:

Khajuraho is a  small town of chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh  india. Khajuraho is famous for its unique temples of chandela dynasty of mediaeval India. However all temples of Khajuraho are famous but some of them are most important but not famous as others. One of them is lalguan Mahadev. This is the least visited temple . This is the second oldest temple of Khajuraho after chausath yogini temple. This temple was constructed in 900 ad.

this temple is constructed by granite stone. compared to other later constructed temples, this temple is very small in size and plain designed.In paln and size It is similar to Brahma temple. Its roof like pyramid shape. The only carving on the doorway is diamond motif. 

The temple is now in ruins condition and approach road  is not good to this temple. 

Nandi :

A Nandi statue is situated in front of temple. There is no shivling inside the temple. The temple has been classified as a monument of national importance.
